Youtility Academy Foundation™ exists to introduce young people to the utility, infrastructure, STEM, and public service careers that keep communities connected, safe, and thriving.
Our mission is to empower youth through early career exposure, hands-on learning, workforce readiness, and community-centered education that helps students discover who they are, what they are capable of, and where their talents can take them.
We believe every young person deserves access to knowledge, mentorship, opportunity, and real-world pathways — especially students who have historically been underrepresented in technical, trade, utility, and infrastructure careers.

Our Purpose
Utilities are everywhere, but many students never learn how these systems work or how many careers exist behind the scenes.
Youtility Academy Foundation™ bridges that gap by making utility education visible, engaging, and accessible. We help youth explore energy, water, renewable energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, public service, environmental responsibility, and workforce development through programs designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.
